Terms & Conditions

Definition of our terminology as used within this document:

  1. A “Project” is website design, content, or logo work undertaken or service provided by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., for the client upon their request and as described in our confirmation order and associated initial invoice to that Client.
  2. A “Service” is web care, digital marketing, or any other ongoing recurring work we undertake.
  3. “Rank” is the position of the client’s website on the search engines.
  4. “SEO” (search engine optimisation) is the process of working to attempt to increase the rank of a client’s website on the search engines.
  5. “Off Page SEO” is the attempted optimisation of the client’s website using methods which do not require editing of a client’s website.
  6. A “backlink” is a URL link purchased and owned by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. from a third-party website.
  7. “PPC” (pay per click) is a method of advertising on the search engines whereby the client pays for each click of their advert by the user.
  8. A “Confirmation order email” is an email we will send you detailing any project, service, or work we undertake. This will include details of the work as well as payment terms.
  9. “You” or “Client” refers to a person, persons, business, or organisation using any of the services provided by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd.
  10. “We” or “us” means Elevate Online Marketing Ltd.
  11. “Live Mode” means the date the website is available on the client’s chosen domain.
  12. “Domain” is the website address as specified by the client.
  13. “Open-Source Software” is software made freely available to anyone under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
  14. “CMS” stands for Content Management System, which is the online software used for you to update elements of the website yourself.
  15. “WebCare” is a cost to keep a client’s website hosting and support active.
  16. “MB” stands for megabytes and is a measure of storage space.
  17. “Content” refers to both text and images that the client requires on the website.
  18. “Text Content” is the textual wording on the client’s website.
  19. “Content Writer” is a copywriting service offered by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. for a fee.
  20. “Copywriter” is the person working for Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. who will create your content.
  21. A “Page” of content shall be up to 500 words.
  22. “Site” or “Website” is the website as seen on the internet and owned by the client.
  23. “Search Engine” will include Google, Yahoo, and MSN search.

Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., offers a number of different services, and each service offered is titled below for your convenience. Your confirmation order and associated invoice will state the name of the service you are purchasing, and it is these terms that bind the contract between yourself and Elevate Online Marketing Ltd.

General

  1. The contract between Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. and the client will be on these conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing.
  2. The works to be carried out shall be as set out in the Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. invoice which can be found attached to the confirmation order email.
  3. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. will not tolerate any form of harassment against its employees from customers or third parties, and we reserve the right to cancel a contract without refund in the event of unreasonable or inappropriate conduct. This includes threatening behaviour and abuse directed towards our employees. Thereafter, any further communication must be via postal mail only.

Legalities, Copyright and Intellectual Property

  1. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. expects the client to conduct sufficient research before proceeding with a website or digital marketing campaign. This includes ensuring that the website/idea/business operates legally. It is crucial that the website is not in any way illegal. Please ensure that any images or content you supply or use on your website are legally available for use. We cannot be held responsible for the illegal use of images, content, or format of material provided by the client. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to remove any website from its servers if there is reason to believe it is operating illegally.

Image Usage and Licensing:

  1. Where images used on the website have been purchased or downloaded by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., on behalf of the client, these images are restricted by a license for use on the website only. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. is not liable for the misuse of these images by the client or any other person’s copying, altering, or distributing the images to individuals or other organizations.

Ownership and Third-Party Software:

  1. The client will own the website design and development in full. If third-party software is used, it may be subject to its own individual license, which shall be purchased by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., on behalf of the client. Updates or modifications to this software, as required by the client after the website’s launch, may incur additional licensing or coding charges to the client.

Jurisdiction and Limitations:

  1. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects on the client’s business operations, sales, or profitability that may be claimed as a result of a service offered by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd.

Communication

  1. Email is our primary method of contact for all communication regarding your project. Our team is based in various parts of the world, including India, Philippines, United States, Europe, as well as the UK. Email is the most efficient and cost-effective form of contact. If you encounter any problems with the project that our team cannot resolve via email, you can reach our Client Services Executives and Support Team through the telephone support service during UK office hours at 0800 69 06 009. Due to geographical constraints, direct telephone contact with the assigned person for your project may be impractical.
  2. Change of Email Address: It is the client’s responsibility to notify us by email of any changes in their email address so that we always have valid contact details. We cannot be held liable for any problems related to communication if we are not provided with a valid email address. Some of our systems rely on email to deliver important information. We also recommend that clients regularly check their junk and spam folders.
  3. Client Contact during the Project: Maintaining regular contact with Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., is crucial for the client throughout the project. If a client fails to initiate contact for more than 2 weeks after receiving communication, we will make up to 5 email attempts using the client’s registered email address. If we do not receive a response to these contact attempts, the project will be considered complete.
  4. Project Postponement: If the client intends to postpone the project for more than 2 weeks, please inform us. We reserve the right to charge a £150 plus VAT administration fee if the client resumes the project after an unapproved postponement, with less than 6 months since the last contact, and wishes to proceed with their project.
  5. Unapproved Postponement and New Quotation: If a client resumes the project after an unapproved postponement, and there has been no contact for more than 6 months, we will need to provide a new quotation for the project. In such cases, the original payment made by the client will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment & Cancellation

  1. Payment Terms and Ownership: Payment terms for your project or service will be outlined in your confirmation order invoice. It is important for a client to understand the payment terms agreed upon when making their initial payment. Payment terms cannot be altered once agreed to. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., retains full ownership of any project, including images and text, until final payment is received in full. Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the project is transferred to the client.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments and Cooling-Off Period: All payments to Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., for any project or service are non-refundable. Once payment is received for a client’s project or service, work begins immediately and is bespoke in nature. The standard 14-day “cooling off” period does not apply to bespoke services.
  3. Minimum Term and Cancellation: Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation order and associated invoice, there is no minimum term for our service. If a minimum term has been agreed upon for the service or project, the client is responsible for full payment of the remaining term upon cancellation. If a minimum term has been paid in advance for any service, cancellation will not result in a refund for the remainder of the term.
  4. Notice of Cancellation: Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., requires a minimum of 1 month’s notice of a client’s intention to cancel a campaign. Cancellation cannot be applied pro rata. When cancellation is requested the 30 day notice period will be applied to the next due invoice.

Services

Elevate Online Marketing offers a wide range of services. Please select your service from the menu below to read the terms of service that apply to your contract.

  1. On receipt of payment the client will be requested to submit a briefing document. The Briefing document is used to gain initial design insight to guide our first designs. We will request the submission of the briefing document over a 7 day period, if the document has not been submitted at this stage your sales representative will submit the document based on your pre-sales correspondence so that we are able to begin your design work.
  2. Unlimited Design Revisions: Design is subjective, and for this reason, we offer 'unlimited design revisions.' This means that we will continue to work with you on your design concept until you are happy with our proposal. The unlimited design revision period ends when the client accepts the design proposal and home page draft. Any design changes requested beyond this point will be subject to additional charges.
  3. Internal Page Design: Internal page design is offered upon completion of your home page. This includes up to 2 pages and serves as the foundation for the design of all other internal pages. Any design changes requested beyond this point will be subject to additional charges.
  4. Design and Layout Changes: Design and layout changes to the internal pages of the website are subject to limitations imposed by any third-party open-source systems we use. These systems may include, but are not limited to, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Magento.
  5. Development and Specification: The development of the client's project will comply with the requirements outlined in the specification provided in the initial invoice sent to the client as part of the confirmation order email. It is crucial that the client is aware of the agreed-upon specification, as additional functional requirements requested may incur additional charges.
  6. Excess Development Requests: If the client's requests on a development project exceed the agreed-upon specification, Elevate Online Marketing LTD., will notify the client and provide a cost estimate to meet the new requirements. If an agreement cannot be reached, the existing agreed functionality will be completed.
  7. Project Completion and Time Frame: If requested, Elevate Online Marketing LTD., will provide the client with an estimated completion time frame for the project (going live on the internet). Additionally, Elevate Online Marketing LTD., will grant the client access to its 'Project Cycle' documentation to ensure that the client is fully aware of their responsibilities to ensure a successful and timely development.
  8. Open-Source Software and Ownership: Open-Source software (OSS) refers to publicly available software that can be adapted or modified to suit specific applications. OSS may be utilised to assist in developing certain functionalities of the client's website, expediting the development process and adding functionality. In cases where Open-Source software is used, the ownership of the site coding and any customisations made by the developer still transfers to the client upon final payment.
  9. Website Rank and Downtime: Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., does not assume any responsibility for the ranking of a client's website on search engines, unless a separate marketing package has been purchased. When updating, changing, creating, and hosting a client's website, there is a possibility of changes to the website's search engine ranking Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., does not accept any financial responsibility for any potential website downtime that may occur.

Website Text Copy (Content), Images & Products

  1. The client will be offered the option to utilise the Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., ContentWriter package at an additional charge to the website. If the client doesn't require this service, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will request the client to send all content (images and text) that is to be added to the website; text should be sent in a Microsoft Word document. This excludes product images and text on ecommerce websites, as these are to be added by the client once the website is complete. The website content must be received no later than 2 weeks after the design has been approved and signed off. If the client does not send content within this time period, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., reserves the right to make the website live with dummy text and collect full payment.
  2. Once the website design is complete, we will send it to you for approval. If you haven't provided content or purchased content, the design will be without content. However, we can add content during website development. Please note that you cannot delay the design sign-off if you haven't provided your content in advance.
  3. Ecommerce Product Data and ImageSelect Package: If your website is an ecommerce store, it is the client's responsibility to add the product data using the provided CMS. However, if you prefer, we can upload the product images on your behalf for a fee upon request. Content and product data preparation are not reasons for the website to be delayed by the client. If we do not receive your product images or text in a timely manner, we will move on to the next phase of the project, and a payment may become due. You can upload text content and product images at any stage using the CMS or by purchasing this as an additional service.
  4.  Providing Images for the Website: You will be required to provide us with images for your website. You must ensure the images are your own images or purchased for use on your website. If you purchase our ImageSelect service, we will handle this for you.
  5. Utilising the ImageSelect Package: The client will be offered the option to utilise the Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., ImageSelect package for their website at an additional charge. This package will allow for the selection and insertion of images for the website by our team.

Logo

Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will create a logo for your company if you do not already have one. The logo will include your company name and strap line, if applicable. We can adjust the font and colours as per your preferences. Additionally, if desired, we can incorporate royalty-free vectors. The logo creation process includes a maximum of 1 hour of work, including any revisions. If you require more extensive logo services, we recommend considering our premium logo service, available at an additional cost.

Support

  1. While a website is hosted with Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., we shall be available between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday – Friday, excluding all bank holidays. We aim to promptly resolve any website issues that are not due to customer actions.
  2. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., email accounts are accessible on any device that supports email, including iOS and Android devices. Instructions on setting up email on these devices can be found in the support area on our website. However, please note that we do not offer email or phone support for these devices.

  1. On receipt of payment the client will be requested to submit a briefing document. The Briefing document is used to gain initial design insight to guide our first designs. Please note that this chosen layout structure is not customisable, therefore, we can only insert/design a logo, and cannot make any other changes to the layout, aside from colour and integration of website content . Since layout sites are pre-designed, selecting a layout implies your agreement to use it in its current design/layout.
  3. Upon request, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will provide the client with an expected completion time frame for the project (when it goes live on the internet). Additionally, clients can access our "Project Cycle" documentation to understand their responsibilities, ensuring a successful and timely development.
  4. The development of the client's project will adhere to the requirements specified in the initial invoice provided to the client as part of the confirmation order email. It is essential for the client to be aware of the agreed-upon specification, as any additional functional requirements requested may incur additional charges.
  5. If the client's requests on a development project exceed the agreed specification, Elevate Online Marketing LTD., will notify the client and provide a cost estimate to meet the new specification.
  6. Open-Source software (OSS) is publicly available software that can be adapted or modified to suit specific applications. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., may use OSS to expedite website development and enhance functionality. In cases where Open-Source software is used, the ownership of the site coding and any customisations made by the developer still belongs to the client upon final payment.

  1. Copywriting is subjective, and to accommodate this, we provide 'unlimited text content revisions.' This means that we will work with you on your content until you are satisfied with our proposal. The unlimited content revision period concludes once the client accepts the text content proposal. Any text content changes after this point may incur additional charges.
  2. If requested, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will provide the client with an estimated completion time frame for creating the text content.
  3. Text content is offered as a 'per page' service, and the number of pages provided will align with the agreed amount stated in your invoice.
  4. A page of content is defined as containing a maximum of 500 words.
  5. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will create text content with search engine optimisation in mind. However, please note that this does not guarantee an increase in the website's ranking on search engines.
  6. If a website does not meet a client's expectations regarding its performance, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., cannot be held liable in any way for this, considering the ContentWriter service provided.

  1. Opting to use Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., to provide a privacy policy, general website terms, or any other legal terms will incur an additional fee.
  2. If you choose to use Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., to upload your privacy policy, general website terms, or any other terms, we strongly advise having them independently reviewed by a professional legal representative. While our terms cater to most websites and are considered general usage terms, we can provide a bespoke service if you require legal professional validation.
  3. The privacy policy, general website terms, or any other terms offered to clients will be produced by a third party.

  1. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will create, select, and present image options to the client for approval. The images will be chosen from multiple resource libraries, considering the site content, business type, and overall image aesthetics.
  2. The payment for the service will be required in full upfront.
  3. We offer unlimited image change requests during the service delivery and can grant clients access to a gallery to select images if preferred.
  4. Once your selected images are approved, we will proceed to upload them to your website and further changes cannot be made as part of the service.
  5. After completing the design, we will send it to you for approval. If you haven't provided or purchased imageSelector provided your own images, the design will be provided using stock images. We can add image content during website development. Please note that the design sign-off cannot be delayed if your images are not ready.
  6. A maximum of 50 images are provided with the purchase of the service, additional images are charged at £1.50 per image
  7. Specific product images, images containing celebrity likeness's and other premium images are not included as part of the service. These images will need to be provided by the client after receiving approval or a suitable licence for use.
  8. If suitable images are not available a refund for this service can be provided.

  1. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will create a video based on the specifications outlined in your invoice. The video's duration will be indicated in the invoice.
  2. The payment for the video will be required in full upfront.
  3. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., may incorporate pre-created videos, animations, graphics, or images into your video. Please note that you will not own the copyright to this content.
  4. During the video creation, we provide up to 5 revisions. After you have approved the video and confirmed its completion via email, any further changes will be subject to an additional charge.
  5. If your video includes a 'voice-over,' we may utilise voice-over software to produce it. Consequently, the voice over will be a simulated human voice generated by the software.
  6. Upon completion, we will upload your video to the Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., YouTube channel. You may utilise this video digitally, such as on your website.

  1. If you choose to pay for SEO on a monthly, non-contract basis, we will require you to sign up for automated billing. This will be in the form of a direct debit mandate, and our accounts team will provide full instructions.
  2. If you choose to pay for SEO for a minimum term contract, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will carry out any paid work, and then you will be billed monthly until you provide a written cancellation notice.
  3. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., requires a minimum of 1 month's notice of a client's intention to cancel a campaign. Failure to provide a month's notice will result in the next month's invoice becoming due.
  4. If the client has opted for the monthly payment option and chosen the 'starter package,' there is a minimum term of 3 months, and you cannot cancel until after the 3rd month. If you do cancel, we will request payment for any remaining months.
  5. If Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., does not receive payment, we will stop working on your site optimisation until payment is received. This may negatively affect your site's performance on search engines, and the invoiced value will still be due.
  6. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., may need to edit your site to carry out on-page site optimisation work.
  7. If the client makes changes to the website independently, it is the client's responsibility to inform Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., of the changes. Failure to do so could result in a negative campaign performance.
  8. Links used on a client's behalf as part of ongoing search engine optimisation may or may not continue to work during the term of the SEO contract or on termination.
  9. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will attempt to increase your website's rank on the search engines. However, there is no guarantee that we can do this. Your monthly payment covers the time used to plan and execute the client's SEO campaign. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., cannot be held responsible for Search engine algorithm changes that could negatively affect the ranking of the client's website.
  10. The strategies and campaign objectives created by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., are done so on a per-client basis. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., cannot be held responsible for any negatively implied impacts of the work completed.
  11. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will not disclose any backlinks that may be purchased as part of your SEO campaign.

  1. Payments will be taken monthly for the Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., management fee starting on the day the client proceeds and every month thereafter. There will be no minimum term, but Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., do require a minimum of 1 month's notice of a client's intention to cancel a campaign. Failure to provide a month's notice will result in the next month's invoice becoming due.
  2. The client shall pay the chosen search engines directly for their advertising spend. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will manage this spend. Where a daily budget has been agreed, the client understands that Google may exceed the daily budget on one day and balance up on a different day as per their terms: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375423?hl=en
  3. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., can only operate on websites that are permitted to advertise on Google. Further information on their policy can be found here: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942
  4. If Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., do not receive payment, we will stop managing your PPC account until payment is received. This may negatively affect the client's website performance and could lead to increased advertising spend.
  5. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will attempt to improve your website traffic using optimised PPC. However, there is no guarantee with this service. Your monthly payment covers the time used to plan and execute the client's PPC campaign.
  6. Where conversions are measured in terms of end goals on the client site, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., is not responsible for conversion levels in the case of changes to the site/products by the client. For instance, an increase in product price may bring the conversion rate down irrespective of any actions taken within the PPC campaign.
  7. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., is not associated with Google.

  1. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will attempt to increase your followers/likes on the agreed platforms. Your monthly payment covers the time used to plan and execute the client's social media campaign.
  2. If Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., does not receive payment, we will stop managing your Social Media Management until payment is received. This may negatively affect the client's social media performance and could lead to a fall in likes/followers.
  3. The strategies and campaign objectives created by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., are done so on a per client basis. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., cannot be held responsible for any negatively implied impacts of the work completed.
  4. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., shall make posts on behalf of the client every working day.
  5. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., requires the client to create a Facebook/Twitter/Instagram account for us to carry out our services. Due to data protection, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., cannot do this on behalf of the client. We will then require the client's login details for all sites to carry out our Social Media campaign.
  6. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., shall provide a monthly report to the client detailing some of the achievements of the Social Media campaign. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., accepts no liability for any content posted that is deemed inappropriate by the client. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., accepts no liability for any content posted on the client's Social Media accounts by another person/user.

  1. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will provide WebCare for the website if the client requires us to do so and on receipt of full payment of our hosting fees. In doing so, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will provide a reliable and professional service to the client, excluding unavoidable technical failures.
  2. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., offers WebCare as a renewable product. The date of renewal will be 6 calendar months from the date the website was made live unless otherwise stated.
  3. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will contact the client 4 weeks before the renewal date; WebCare services are not obligated.
  4. The WebCare renewal charge must be received within 10 days of the WebCare expiry date. We reserve the right to deactivate any website when the WebCare has expired, and the client has not paid the renewal charge. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £100 plus VAT for reactivating WebCare.
  5. If the client does not use Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., WebCare services, then the management and hosting of the domain name are the full responsibility of the client.
  6. If the client does not wish to renew WebCare or does not wish to have their site hosted with us after completion, the site files and associated data can be made available to the client for free on request, and the domain name can be transferred to the client’s registrar account. Should the client instruct us to upload and configure the site and domain name to a third-party server, this work will be subject to charge.
  7. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., reserves the right to delete the website from our servers 3 months after the date your WebCare service expired if you choose not to renew WebCare.
  8. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., offers free SSL with sites we host and manage DNS for. If you wish to manage DNS independently, we cannot provide support for SSL. SSL is provided for 1 year at no charge when you purchase a website and host the website with an Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., WebCare package.
  9. SSL is provided via letsencrypt.org. If letsencrypt.org is not able to provide an SSL certificate for any reason, including technical failure, Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., will make recommendations for other SSL providers. This will be charged at the advertised cost by the SSL provider, as well as a £50 installation fee. The client will have the option to proceed with this SSL certificate or not.
  10. WebCare packages that include WebAssist afford the client up to 20 minutes of updates to the site per calendar month. Unused minutes/months cannot be rolled over. Updates are limited to text/image based changes on a per-request basis. Requests for changes to site coding, updates to plugins, or changes that exceed the included time in WebAssist are subject to charge.
  11. WebCare Packages that include WebShield afford the client cost-free fixes in the event that the site has been compromised. ElevateOM monitors all sites and will attempt to identify and rectify issues as and when they happen. In some instances, a vulnerability may not be picked up by our monitoring systems; however, fixes are still offered cost-free when we are made aware.
  12. Hosting offered by Elevate Online Marketing LTD, is limited to:
    1. WebCare max: 5GB
    2. WebCare eco: 2GB
    3. WebCare lite: 1GB
  13. If a client's website is larger than the storage capacity that is assigned to its package, it is at Elevate Online Marketing LTD's discretion as to whether to continue to host the website for an additional cost or advise the client to find an alternative provider.
  14. Payments for WebCare products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  15. As part of all WebCare packages, you receive DDoS protection. This is provided via a third party, Cloudflare Inc. Our DDoS protection is intended to provide an extra security layer to your website in the event of a DDoS attack against your website or services. If your services are interrupted or taken offline due to a DDoS attack, Elevate Online marketing Ltd., will endeavor to restore these services ASAP. We cannot be held liable financially or otherwise for a DDoS attack.
  16. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., does not take any responsibility for a client's website rank on search engines. This also includes any potential website downtime that can occur. When updating, changing, creating, and hosting a client's website, there could be a change in the website's search engine ranking.

Domain Names and Link

  1. If required, a domain name will be registered by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., on behalf of the client once we have received payment in full. Although the domain name is registered to Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., the client is the legal owner of the domain, and if they request to have details changed or the domain transferred elsewhere, we will do this within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Elevate Online Marketing Ltd. provides links or references to our client's websites solely for the convenience of prospective customers and intends that the links it provides be current and accurate but does not guarantee or warrant that such links will point to the intended client site at all times.
  3. We place a small text link on the footer of our client's website that simply states the website was designed by Elevate Online Marketing Ltd., and links to our company website. This link can be removed if required.
